Cellar-tec Company Profile Cellar-tec are a well-established family firm in basement waterproofing, that have been trading as Kilrot for 30 years. Kilrot/Cellar-tec was a founder member of the Basement Living Group. They are members of the Structural Waterproofing Group. Mr Dick Dixon holds the CSRT (Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments) and CSSW (Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) qualifications. Kilrot/Cellar-tec carry out basement surveys and issue written reports and estimates for the above works to BS 8102, Code of Practice for the Protection of Structures Against Water form the Ground. All contracts are personally supervised by the owner and the work is undertaken by our staff of highly trained technicians. Our technicians are supported by our office team, who help to ensure that all works are completed to the highest standard and to guarantee our customer satisfaction. We offer a 10 year guarantee on cellar conversion work and also offer a 10 year insurance backed guarantee with Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd. Kilrot/Cellar-tec are members of the P.C.A. (Property Care Association formally known as British Wood Preserving & Damp Proofing Association), Construction Line, the Association of Accredited Wykamol Users and Exor Management Services Ltd.
